Tea Time:

What you put into your body is an important way for your body to heal and repair itself- whether you are recovering or not. All recoveries have similarities and differences, nutrition is one of those similarities. For me, I couldn't stomach food and it took me a long time before I could eat even one meal a day. Therefore my body lacked in just about everything. Tea was my savior and now it can be yours.. Here's all the in's and out's of a good tea!

I'm not just talking about the classic Bell tea with milk. No i'm talking green tea- the health benefits of tea, in particular green tea is surprisingly good. It is loaded with many antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body such as: brain function, fat loss and lower risk of cancer just to name a few. Personally I have found the brand "T2" loose leaves flavoured tea a stand out. There flavours range from the normal old 'Earl Grey' to some unique flavours like vanilla. The selection is endless so no doubt you will find a taste best suited to your taste buds.

Grab yourself a tea pot, your favourite tea and infuse with hot water. The tea will speak for itself.. I guarantee you will become a tea-lover!
